First United Methodist Church was founded in 1887 in downtown Trenton, and has served several generations of families in this town. We are a people who truly have open hearts to care for the world, open minds to listen to today's needs and open doors to welcome all who will come to worship with us.

At First United Methodist Church of Trenton we are focused on mission and outreach in our community and the surrounding area. Together, with First UMC Leonard, First UMC Whitewright, and others, we are engaging our communities in life changing work that impacts the lives of so many.
